VDA 6.3 Quality System Development and Auditing
Our Quality System Consulting Services help your company develop a roadmap for meeting your Customer's Requirements. We work with you to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, and then create a tailored plan to meet your timetable.
* Baseline evaluation, identifying gaps to address.
* Develop plan to include training by BES.
* Conduct VDA 6.3 process and product audit considering your Customer's Specific Requirements by Auditor certified to VDA 6.3 and 6.5.
Constraint Management
BES provides both on-site and remote support of constraint issues in your Supply Chain.
* Value Stream Mapping to identify blocking or starving processes.
* Develop, Track and Lead weekly/daily events to protect your business.
* On-site support to manage emergency situations.
General Fees/Expenses
Labor: $155 per hour worked (on-site or remotely).
Expenses: Actual travel expenses car, air, hotel, meals. (travel hours not charged)
