FOR CUSTOMERS:
VDA Certified Auditor to conduct your VDA 6.3 Process Audits on existing and potential suppliers.
FOR SUPPLIERS:
* VDA Certified Auditor to perform gap analysis and development processes for your Customer's Audits.
* Conduct VDA 6.3 Internal Audits at your facility to meet your Customer's annual VDA 6.3 Audit Requirements.
* Work with you to develop a long term Audit Program for continuous improvement of your processes and continued compliance to your customers requirements.
QUALITY:
Lead suppliers in development of Quality Systems to meet their Customers AIAG and VDA Requirements.
MANUFACTURING:
Lead suppliers in developing Lean and Robust manufacturing systems during APQP through Launch. Perform Gap Analysis and develop Improvement Strategies for existing production.
BES Engineers provide On-Site Support at supplier locations when Quality or Manufacturing Issues threaten Delivery Performance.
