Standard Working Hours are Weekdays up to 8 Hours per Day. Overtime is hours worked on Weekends, Holidays, and hours exceeding 8 hours per day. OVERTIME REQUIRES PRE-APPROVAL BY CUSTOMER.
Work done off-site in preparation or completion of a task. This includes Reports, On-Line Teams Calls, Document Reviews.
Work done on-site at Customer Location. This includes time spent conducting Audits, Supplier Development, Managing Quality Issues, or Constraint Management activities.
Travel costs required to complete the contracted task. Generally travel to and from Customer Location, and Hotel and meals during stay. VISA's, Country Entry/Exit Fees also apply as costs.
Economy Class Airline travel is most direct route available, generally on United Airlines. Every effort to minimize cost is made by BES. Flight Cost plus Taxes.
Hotel is generally Holiday Inn Class hotel nearest to Customer Location. Room and Taxes. Hotel and Meals total not to exceed $300/day.
Actual Rental Car Cost plus fuel.
If Personal Vehicle required by timing or availability $0.58/mile.
